Polyurethane (PU) U-rings offer superior wear resistance, tear strength, and extrusion resistance compared to rubber-based seals. They are ideal for high-pressure hydraulic applications where long service life is critical. The PU material provides excellent compatibility with hydraulic fluids and maintains flexibility across a wide temperature range. Widely used in heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, excavators, and hydraulic presses.
